Our Principal
Roy Edward is a highly effective commercial and performance orientated executive, Roy has over 30 years of
senior finance experience in high tech and complex manufacturing, supply chain, communications and
banking industries. He has held significant turnaround roles within UK and US based multinational
organisations and has been able to demonstrate exceptional results within these businesses.
After completing five years at KPMG, Roy specialised in turnaround management. His career experience spans
over 35 years, at different levels of management, across multi-national and local organisations from planning
through to project implementation. Roy has worked with global clients, such as Phillips Electronics, Andrew
Corporation and KPMG. His local clients have included ACF Group, ANZ Bank, Allen’s Confectionery (now part
of Nestle’, Amerind, Amdel (now part of Bureau Veritas), State and Local governments.
Roy's strengths include strategic business planning, strategic cost and performance management and he has
facilitated and implemented sustainable value driving strategies for a diverse group of long term clients.
He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK and a Chartered
Global Management Accountant.
